DigiCert Trust Assistant always launches when your operating system starts. However, upon startup, there is no user interface aside from the Taskbar icon. This is because the primary purpose of DigiCert Trust Assistant is to manage and assist with the certificate lifecycle as a background process.
To access the Dashboard, click the Taskbar icon to open the context menu, then select Dashboard.

From version 1.2.4 (Windows only), you can also access the Dashboard by clicking the DigiCert Trust Assistant – Open Dashboard shortcut in the Start Menu to access the Dashboard.
When you launch the application, DigiCert Trust Assistant’s icon appears in the Taskbar.
Select the icon on the Taskbar, and the following context menu appears.
Dashboard: Opens dashboard window. See the Dashboard section for more details.

Language: This option is available from version 1.2.4. Switch to the language of your choice. On the first launch, the language is selected based on the operating system configuration.

MacBook: Hidden DigiCert Trust Assistant icon
On Macbooks with a notch on the screen, the DigiCert Trust Assistant’s icon may be hidden behind the notch due to a display limitation. Try removing icons from the Taskbar until you can see the DigiCert Trust Assistant icon.
