Licensing - We support version 2 licenses for on-premise customers. With an version 2 license, customers must allocate a portion of the platform's pool to individual accounts so that they may create, sign, or issue certificates. Consumption will be tracked at the account level and within the relevant manager. Accounts may not consume more units than allocated, nor the platform be able to exceed licensed quantities.

Corrected an issue where the platform license file would not properly refresh, leading to misleading consumption data
