User invitations expire 30 days from the time they are first sent.
Invite users
CertCentral 계정의 사이드바 메뉴에서 계정 > 사용자 초대를 클릭합니다.
사용자 초대 페이지에서 새 사용자 초대를 클릭합니다.
새 사용자 초대 창에서 1개 또는 그 이상의 이메일을 쉼표로 구분하여 입력합니다.
옵션: 계정 만들기 이메일에 사용자 지정 메시지를 추가하려면 사용자 지정 메시지 보내기를 선택하고 메시지를 입력합니다.
To add a custom message in the account creation email, check Send custom message and enter the message.
완료했으면 초대 보내기를 클릭합니다.
다음 단계
초대된 사용자는 사용자 계정을 만드는 링크를 포함하는 이메일을 받습니다.
사용자가 새 계정을 만들면 사용자 초대 페이지(사이드바 메뉴에서 계정 > 사용자 초대를 클릭)에서 새 사용자 계정 초대를 승인/활성화합니다.
User invite expiration and deletion process
User invitations with the status Invitation Sent
CertCentral user invites expire 30 days from the time they are first sent.
중요
Resending the invitation does not reset the invitation created date. After 30 days, you must send a new invitation.
User invitations with the status Needs Administrator Approval
Unapproved user invitations expire 60 days from when the invitation was created.
User invitation 365-day lifetime
After 365 days, user invitations are removed from your CertCentral account: Invitation Sent, Needs Administrator Approval, Approved, Rejected, Canceled, and Expired.
