Cancel a service from your subscription
Remove a service from your subscription if you no longer need it and don’t want it included the next time your subscription renews. Your account subscription and all other services remain valid and active.
What happens if I cancel a service within 30 days of activation?
DigiCert issues a complete refund for the canceled service.
All active certificates issued for the canceled service are revoked.
All pending certificate orders for the canceled service are canceled.
What happens if I cancel a service more than 30 days after activation?
No refund is issued.
The service is not included when your subscription automatically renews.
Certificates issued for the canceled service remain valid through the current subscription term.
The certificates are revoked when the subscription renews without the service.
Cancel a service from your CertCentral subscription
In your CertCentral account, in the left main menu, go to My Digital Trust Products > My subscription.
On the Subscription page, select the product you want to cancel the subscription for.
On the product's subscription page, in the product usage count banner, select the Cancel the subscription for option.
Review all restrictions, results, and impacted certificates before continuing.
Select Yes, cancel subscription.
What's next
If you decide to keep the service through the next renewal period, you can restart the service. You can restart a service any time before the subscription renewal date.
