Revert to previous version

You can revert to previous version of a client tool that you previously had installed using DigiCert ONE​​ Clients. Reverting to a previous version can be useful when the latest version contains a bug prohibiting you from performing your duties, however using the latest version of the client tool is always recommended.

If auto-updates is enabled for the client tool when you revert to a previous version, auto-updates will be disable. You can manually install future updates or re-enable auto-updates.

Procedure

To revert to an earlier version of a client tool:

  1. Open DigiCert ONE​​ Clients.

  2. On the My client tools page, identify the tile of the client tool you want to update.

  3. Select the menu icon () next to the client tool name > Available versions.

  4. Identify the version that you want to revert to, and select Install.

  5. In the pop-up modal, select Install older version.
