Gebruikers uitnodigen voor uw CertCentral-account
Before you begin
Belangrijk
User invitations expire 30 days from the time they are first sent.
Invite users
Klik in in het menu in de zijbalk van uw CertCentral-account op Account > Gebruikersuitnodigingen.
Klik op de pagina Gebruikersuitnodigingen op Nieuwe gebruiker uitnodigen.
Voer in het venster Nieuwe gebruikers uitnodigen een of meer e-mailadressen in, gescheiden door komma's.
Optioneel: Als u een aangepast bericht wilt toevoegen aan de e-mail voor het maken van een account, selecteert u Aangepast bericht verzenden en voert u het bericht in.
To add a custom message in the account creation email, check Send custom message and enter the message.
Klik na afloop op Uitnodigingen verzenden.
De volgende stappen
De uitgenodigde gebruikers ontvangen een e-mail met een link voor het aanmaken van hun gebruikersaccounts.
Nadat de gebruikers hun accounts hebben gemaakt, gaat u naar de pagina Gebruikersuitnodigingen (klik in het menu in de zijbalk op Account > Gebruikersuitnodigingen) om de aanvragen voor nieuwe gebruikersaccounts goed te keuren of te activeren.
User invite expiration and deletion process
User invitations with the status Invitation Sent
CertCentral user invites expire 30 days from the time they are first sent.
Belangrijk
Resending the invitation does not reset the invitation created date. After 30 days, you must send a new invitation.
User invitations with the status Needs Administrator Approval
Unapproved user invitations expire 60 days from when the invitation was created.
User invitation 365-day lifetime
After 365 days, user invitations are removed from your CertCentral account: Invitation Sent, Needs Administrator Approval, Approved, Rejected, Canceled, and Expired.
