Before you begin
Importante
User invitations expire 30 days from the time they are first sent.
Invite users
Nel tuo account CertCentral, nel menu della barra laterale, fai clic su Account > Inviti utenti.
Nella pagina Inviti utenti, fai clic su Invita nuovo utente.
Nella finestra Invita nuovi utenti, inserisci 1 o più indirizzi e-mail, separati da virgola.
Facoltativo: Per aggiungere un messaggio personalizzato nell’e-mail di creazione account, seleziona Invia messaggio personalizzato e inserisci il messaggio.
To add a custom message in the account creation email, check Send custom message and enter the message.
Al termine, fai clic su Invia inviti.
Passaggi successivi
L’utente invitato riceverà un’e-mail con un link per creare il suo account utente.
Quando l’utente crea il nuovo account, vai alla pagina Inviti utente (nel menu della barra laterale fai clic su Account > Inviti utente) e approva o attiva la nuova richiesta di account utente.
User invite expiration and deletion process
User invitations with the status Invitation Sent
CertCentral user invites expire 30 days from the time they are first sent.
Importante
Resending the invitation does not reset the invitation created date. After 30 days, you must send a new invitation.
User invitations with the status Needs Administrator Approval
Unapproved user invitations expire 60 days from when the invitation was created.
User invitation 365-day lifetime
After 365 days, user invitations are removed from your CertCentral account: Invitation Sent, Needs Administrator Approval, Approved, Rejected, Canceled, and Expired.
