Troubleshooting
Below are common errors and solutions when uploading third-party certificates via the certificate-import
API or any tool that implements this endpoint. These errors get generated by DigiCert® CA Manager.

The CRL Distribution Point (CDP) in the imported certificate has not been configured in DigiCert® CA Manager. | Configure a domain and a CRL (path and filename) in DigiCert® CA Manager that matches the CDP URL for the imported certificates. |
The domain in the CDP URL was not found by DigiCert® CA Manager. | Make sure a matching domain is present in DigiCert® CA Manager and that the CRL for it is configured with the correct path and filename. |
