Connector statuses
Check the status of a connector in the Status column of the DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager Integrations > Connectors grid or the connector details page.
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Initial | Waiting for credentials verification to complete the connection to the external account, appliance, or service. |
Active | Credentials verified. The connector is available for use. |
Action needed | Connector stopped working and requires attention. Often caused by invalid credentials or an outage on the managing sensor. |
Testing connection | Verifying the connection to the external account, appliance, or service. |
Refreshing configuration | Updating the configuration of a connected network appliance or cloud service. |
Running | Currently importing data from the external system or service via the connector. |
Critical | Indicates a DNS integration that failed to validate domains during a certificate lifecycle automation event. Address any issues with the DNS connector to ensure domains can be validated for future certificate automation requests. The status reverts to "Active" following a successful domain validation check. |
