Login using DigiCert ONE

DigiCert Trust Assistant will redirect you to the DigiCert ONE login page after the sign-in is triggered.

  1. Click Join account to start the user creation process

    Nota

    As an account administrator, you do not need to join the account. Enter your username and click Next to continue signing in to DigiCert Trust Assistant.

    If you are an end user and have already completed this process, or are logging into DigiCert Trust Assistant from a different machine, enter your username and click Next.

    If you are re-logging in to refresh user information, refer to Sync User for detailed instructions.

  2. You will be redirected to user creation page. Enter your email address and click Join account.

  3. You will be redirected to your organization’s single sign-on page. Enter your credentials to log in to your Identity Provider. If you are already logged in, this step will be skipped automatically.

  4. You will be redirected back to DigiCert ONE, and then to DigiCert Trust Assistant. If browser shows a dialog asking to open the application, click Open.

The dashboard prompts sign-in success message.

Auto enrollment is triggered

Right after successful sign-in, if user is assigned any certificate profile with Auto-enroll/renew certificates enabled, auto enrollment will start automatically in the background. Refer to Auto enrollment and renewal of certificates for more information.

Menu icon change

The three-lined menu at the top-right corner of the navigation header in the dashboard will change to an avatar icon. Select the avatar icon to show the menu with signed-in user information at the top.

The Sign in option is replaced with Sync user option. The Sign out option is added below Sync user. Refer to Dashboard for more information about the context menu.

Certificate profiles shown in the navigation menu

On the navigation menu on the left of the Dashboard, Certificate profiles menu is available.

Devices shown under Advanced

On the navigation menu under Advanced, Devices menu is available.Advanced mode

Nota

This is shown only when Advanced mode is enabled.

Recover key

If there are any public or private escrowed certificates (valid, expired, or revoked) on DigiCert Cloud linked to profiles with the auto-recovery feature, the auto key recovery process will automatically trigger upon successful sign-in. For details, see auto key recovery.
