Understanding your account information helps ensure you're accessing the right services and managing your organization correctly. This guide explains how both account administrators and account users can view account details in their DigiCert account.
Dica
If you are an account user, you can view limited account information and will only be able to view your account name and friendly ID.
Sign in to your DigiCert account.
In the left menu, select the Accounts icon.
If you are assigned to only one account, details display automatically.
If you have access to multiple accounts, select the account name you want to view.
The account overview is split into five main sections:
Account ID
A unique identifier for your account, especially useful if you manage multiple accounts with similar names.
Account details
Account name
Your organization’s name or chosen identifier.
Friendly ID
A shorter version of your account ID.
Language
The default language for the account.
Services
A list of all services enabled for your account. Select to view more details.
Sign-in methods
Lists all sign-in methods currently enabled that any user in your account can use to access your account. This is a clickable component if you want more information. Select to view more details.
Users
Displays the number of users in your account. Select to view more details.
Sign in to your DigiCert account.
In the top-right corner, select the profile icon > View my user details.
In the Account access section, identify your:
Account name
Your organization’s name or chosen identifier.
Friendly ID
A shorter version of your account ID.
