Admin contact details
Enhancement to update the Admin contact details page to allow the Phone number to be an optional field instead of mandatory.

Approval/rejection emails to end-users are not sent for profiles configured with SAML IdP + Manual Approval flow. And, the manual approval email template was not being shown in the profile wizard - email notifications step.
