Create a standard account for your customer

A Standard account in DigiCert ONE is an individual account managed under your Partner account. Creating a Standard account allows your customers to manage their own security workflows while you maintain control over licensing and account settings.

Before you begin

Before creating a Standard account, make sure you have the following information:

  • Customer's organization details:

    • Organization name – The legal name of the customer’s business.

    • Address – The physical address of the organization.

  • Customer's technical contact

    The technical contact is responsible for account setup, system integrations, and ongoing technical support.

    • First name and last name

    • Email

    • Optional: Job title

    • Phone number

  • Customer's administrative Contact

    The administrative contact oversees account settings, licensing, and billing details.

    • First name and last name

    • Email

    • Optional: Job title

    • Phone number

To create and account for your customer

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Navigate to the Manager menu icon (top-right), select Account.

  3. In the left navigation menu, select Accounts.

  4. Select Add account.

  5. Complete the following fields:

    1. Account name

      Enter a unique name for the account.

    2. Default language

      Select the primary language for the account.

    3. Organization name

      Enter the customer's organization name.

    4. Address

    5. End date

      The date your account will expire.

    6. Language

      The default language of your account.

  6. Select Next.

  7. Complete the following fields for the Technical contact:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Email

    4. Job title (Optional)

    5. Phone number

  8. Complete the following fields for the Administrative contact:

    Sugerencia

    If the administrative contact is the same as the technical contact, select the checkbox next to Same as Technical Contact to autofill the details.

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Email

    4. Job title (Optional)

    5. Phone number

  9. Select Submit.
