[DOEPM-3516] - Remove Comments field from non-ManualApproval SAML enrollment form + update button label.

[DOEPM-3549] - Unable to update Seat information using the Seat Edit page.

[DOEPM-3624] - Unable to add three fields (Seat ID, Seat Name, Last edit admin name) to the Enrollment Code Report table.

[DOEPM-3629] - Reduced the minimum supported DigiCert Desktop Client version from 3.3.1 to 3.2.1 to help current customers transition to the latest release, and now also show an alert to the user stating there is a newer version of the client available for download, which only be displayed if the associated profile has the Inline, from within the enrollment/installation pages radio button enabled.
