Have the Verify your identity email.

You cannot validate your identity until you receive an email with a validation code and instructions to verify your identity. Contact your company's administrator for DigiCert​​®​​ Document Trust Manager if you have not received this email.

Have your identification document.

In most cases, your passport is the most acceptable form of identification document. In European nations that use NFC-enabled identification cards, you can also use your ID card. In the United States, you can also use your driver's license. See Document acceptance list for remote identity verification.

Find a well-lit location.

You must use the camera on your smartphone to scan your identification document and verify you are a live person.

IDnowアプリをスマートフォンにダウンロードします。（AndroidまたはiOS）

1. アプリをスマートフォンにダウンロードします。

   IDnow Autoldentアプリは、 Apple App Store または Google Playからダウンロードできます。

2. IDnow AutoIdent　で本人確認 メール内にある、検証コードを見つけます。

   コードは、検証コードとステップ 2の2カ所にあります。 ユーザーのアイデンティティを検証してください。

3. IDnow Autoldent アプリを開きます。[Ident-ID] ボックスに、Eメールにある検証コードを入力し、[開始] を選択します。

4. 利用規約を読み、私は Idnow プライバシーポリシーを読み、IDnow 利用規約に同意することを確認しますにチェックを入れます。次に、識別開始を押します。

本人確認書類を検証します。

ユーザーのアイデンティティ検証を行う前に、書類を準備してください。

1. 準備ができたら、OKです、準備ができました！を押します。

2. IDの前面を見せます。

   1. 本人確認書類を持ち、正面がスマートフォンのカメラに向くようにします。

   2. 文書の前面を、指定されているゾーンのカメラの前に配置します。

   3. 準備ができたら、OKです、準備ができました！を選択します。

   4. 文書を発行した国を選択し、選択を押します。

   5. 文書タイプ（「パスポート」など）を選択します。

   6. カメラの前で本人確認書類を上下に傾けます。

   7. アプリが要求する場合にはスマートフォンのフラッシュライトをオンにして文書上に来るように移動させ、ホログラムを表示します。

3. IDの裏面を見せます。

   1. 本人確認書類を持ち、裏面がスマートフォンのカメラに向くようにします。

   2. 文書の裏面を、指定されているゾーンのカメラの前に配置します。

   3. 準備ができたら、OKです、準備ができました！を選択します。

   4. カメラの前で本人確認書類を上下に傾けます。

   5. アプリが要求する場合にはスマートフォンのフラッシュライトをオンにして文書上に来るように移動させ、ホログラムを表示します。

動画の自分撮り（ご自身が生体である＝生きていることを検証する）

1. 開始を選択します。

2. スマートフォンのカメラの前に、楕円形のゾーン内に顔を置くようにします。

3. 準備ができたら、準備ができましたを選択します。

4. 終了を選択します。
