SAML: Download a copy of your client certificate
After your client certificate is issued, you can download a copy from your SAML Client Certificates page. Client certificates are issued when you generate the certificate in your browser or, for those including a CSR in their request, when DigiCert issues the certificate and sends it to you in an email.
Before you begin
Have the SAML certificate request's URL. If you lost the URL, contact your administrator.
Download a copy of your certificate
Go to the Client Certificates page
Use your provided SAML certificate request's URL to sign in.
Download your certificate
On the Client Certificates page, locate the client certificate and click Download.
Save your client certificate, making sure to note the location.
What's next
Don't lose the copy. Store the client certificate in a secure location.
