Delete a user

Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be undone.

Tip

To perform this action, you must have a user role that contains the Manage users permission.

To delete a user

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Navigate to the Manager menu icon (top-right), select Account.

  3. In the left navigation menu, select Access > Users.

  4. On the Users page:

    1. Locate the service user by their First name.

    2. Hover over the name until the More actions (⁝) icon appears.

  5. Select ⁝ > Delete user.

  6. In the confirmation popup, select Delete.
