Get started with managed automation
To get started with CertCentral managed automation, make sure you:
Understand the automation service components.
Enable automation for your account.
If automation is not enabled, you will only see ACME Directory URLs and API Keys listed under the CertCentral Automation menu. Contact your account manager or DigiCert support and ask for automation.
Verify your systems are supported.
CertCentral can manage certificate automations on both web servers and load balancers. See the complete list of supported systems below.
Have the required permissions.
You must have administrator or root access on your systems to install the DigiCert ACME agent and sensor software.
Follow the recommended workflow.
