CertCentral: Resend the "DigiCert User Account Created – Action Required" email
Use these instructions to resend the "DigiCert User Account Created - Action Required" email to a newly added account user.
Note: Before resending the email, make sure the individual checks their junk mail/spam folder in their inbox.
Before you begin
If a newly added individual deletes or loses the account creation email before the finishing the process, you can resend the instructions.
When you resend this email, the link in the previous email expires and no longer works. If someone uses the expired link, they receive the following "expired link" message: "The emailed link is invalid or has expired. Try resetting your password or try logging in to resolve the issue."
Resend account creation instructions
In CertCentral, in the left main menu, go to Account > Users.
On the Users page, find the user to whom you need to resend the email.
In the Name column, select the individual’s name.
On the User’s details page, select Resend Create User Email.
What's next
The individual should receive a new "DigiCert User Account Created - Action Required" email with a new link to finish creating their CertCentral account.
