HSM keypair units

HSM keypair units refer to how many keypairs you create on our HSMs. We provide sufficient space for the number of public trust certificates you are licensed to create as part of your DigiCert® Software Trust Manager license. The more signature units you buy, the more public certificates and HSM keypair space you will be allocated.

Hard limit

You cannot exceed the allocated HSM keypair units unless your licenses are amended by Sales.

Threat detection (GB)

Threat detection units are calculated in GB. For every GB that they scan, 1 threat detection unit will be consumed.

Soft limit

You can exceed the allocated signature units, but overages will be incurred.
