Manual agent approval process
When manual agent approval is enabled in the global automation settings, agents must be manually approved by an administrator before they can be used for certificate lifecycle automation.
In this case, a notification is sent to the account administrator contact each time a new agent is installed and activated.
Administrators can go to Discovery & automation tools > Agents to approve pending agents:
A banner appears above the table when there are agents requiring manual approval. Select the link to open the Agent issues page.
On the Agent issues page, find and expand the section for agents requiring approval.
Approve the agents individually or all at once:
To approve an individual agent, open the actions menu next to the agent name and select Approve.
To approve all the listed agents, select the Approve all button at bottom.
Notice
To reject agent approval requests, select Reject or Reject all instead. Rejected agents are voided and must be reinstalled if needed.
