SAML Single Sign-On prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A CertCentral account.

  • SAML enabled for your account*.

  • An Identity Provider (IdP).

  • Your IdP metadata (dynamic or static).

  • Administrator status in your account (or a manager with the Allow access to SAML settings permission).

*To get the SAML features turned on for your CertCentral account, contact your DigiCert account representative or DigiCert Support. Once these are activated, in the sidebar menu, under Settings, you'll see the Single Sign-On and SAML Certificate Request menu options.
