SAML certificate requests prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure the following prerequisites are met:
Have a CertCentral account
Have SAML enabled for your account*
Have an Identity Provider (IdP)
Have your IdP metadata (dynamic or static)
Are an admin in your account (or a manager in your account with the Allow access to SAML settings permission)
*To get the SAML features turned on for your CertCentral account, contact your DigiCert account representative or DigiCert Support. Once activated, in the sidebar menu, under Settings, you'll see the Single Sign-On and SAML Certificate Request menu options.
