Before you begin

  1. Download your organizations, domains, and contacts in TrustLink (or request the list from support). You’ll need this information to add and organize users in CertCentral.

  2. Decide whether to upgrade your certificates. By default, you will receive DigiCert's Basic certificates, which are trusted and customizable. Many organizations find these certificates completely adequate for their needs. Learn more here.

    Note

    During your upgrade, you have the option to upgrade to premium certificates which include priority validation, support, and advanced entitlements like threat detection. Learn more here. You may also choose to upgrade later.
